We’re proud to offer the first self-serve automated pet wash station alongside a boutique of veterinary-grade holistic products. Our services include professional grooming for all pets, nail trims, de-shedding, daycare, pet sitting, boarding, puppy classes, in-home visits, and allergy or behavioral evaluations.
Founded by veteran Veterinary Technician Kris Paris, our center is inspired by the bond between her daughter and their service dog Marley. With expertise from ventures like Pawris Pets and Kris Mobile Vet Tech, Kris has created a space dedicated to pets’ happiness and well-being.

Mission
Our mission is to promote and enhance the human-animal bond through compassionate pet care, while supporting pet guardians with services designed to help minimize pet skin conditions related to poor hygiene. We strive not only to provide top-notch care for pets but also educate their owners about the importance of practicing good hygiene to prevent and mitigate the spread of zoonotic diseases within our communities.
Vision
Our vision is to establish our Pet Care Wellness Centre as a place where the well-being and happiness of pets are at the forefront. Through our user-friendly website and our self-serve pet wash facility, we aim to revolutionize pet care, providing convenience, accessibility, and personalized experiences that strengthen the bond between pets and their owners.

Founder of Urban Loulou, is a veterinary expert with a background in small animal dermatology and over 5,000 hours of lecturing experience. With a degree in Veterinary Care and three successful businesses, she has educated veterinarians on therapies, nutraceuticals, and more. Inspired by her daughter and service dog Marley, Kris created Urban Loulou to enhance pet health and well-being in her community
Alexia
Artistic creator, photographer, and young entrepreneur who has been instrumental in the success of the company. As the founder of Pawtraits by A, she captures pets' best moments through her creative photography, showcasing her passion and skill. Beyond her artistic contributions, Alexia has played a key role in shaping the company and its three successful family businesses with her innovative ideas and dedication.
