Disclaimer - By using the self-serve pet wash stations at Urban Loulou Wellness Center, Inc. ("the facility"), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Vaccination Requirements:
All dogs entering the facility must be fully vaccinated. The following mandatory vaccinations must be up to date: rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus) and Bordetella. Puppies must have received their first round of vaccines prior to entering the facility.

 

Health Status: 

Dogs must be free of contagious diseases and must not have had recent contact with a contagious animal.

Parasite Protection:
Dogs must be protected against ticks, fleas, and intestinal worms with monthly medication. Pets with ticks or fleas must be treated and completely free of parasites prior to entering the facility. We enforce a strict no flea and tick policy. If a flea infestation is caused by negligence, we reserve the right to charge a $300 cleaning fee.

Shampoo and Conditioners:
Shampoos and conditioners are included in the 12-minute cycle, which costs $24. The cycle includes shampoo, conditioner, and an optional non-toxic flea treatment and blow dryer. Extra time may be purchased at the end of the cycle. Avoid applying shampoo or conditioner near your dog's eyes, as no product is completely tear-free. No other shampoos and conditioners (other than the ones provided with the cycle) can be used as they will clog and damage our pet wash machine.

Dog Behavior:
For the safety of our clients, disruptive, aggressive dogs, or dogs with a history of biting, will not be accepted in the facility, and they may be asked to leave at the manager's discretion.

Supervision:
Children who are 16 years and younger must be attended and under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Noise:
To respect the environment and our neighbors, please keep your dog calm and discourage excessive barking. Dogs should not be left unattended, nor playing, running inside the facility. We encourage owners to use the pet wash and exit the facility immediately so the next pet owner can use the tub.

Leash Policy:
Dogs must be on a leash at all times. We encourage pet parents to use the hooks on the walls when dogs are on the floor to prevent dogs from running or escaping through the main door.

Cleanliness:
Excess fur must be cleaned and placed in the provided trash cans selected for that purpose. Plesse ensure that your pet relieves itself prior to entering the facility. Feces and urine must be cleaned immediately.

Special Attention:
Special attention must be taken while bathing frail and senior dogs or dogs that have phobias or anxiety related to bathing. Females in heat or pregnant will not be accepted at the facility.

Personal Items:
For sanitary reasons, towels must be purchased at our facility. Aprons and brushes will be supplied as they are sanitized and disinfected on a daily basis.

Skunk Odor:
Dogs and humans are very sensitive to skunk odor. At the moment we don't offer deskunk services. If a pet enters the facility and we determine that they have a skunk odor, we may ask you to leave and re-wash your dog prior to coming back.

Usage:
Only one dog is permitted in the bathtub. However, an exception can be made for households where two dogs, weighing 10 pounds or less each, coexist peacefully.

Discounted Rate:
If you do not use the entire 24-minute cycle, you will not receive a discounted rate.

 

Admission criteria for cats:

The following mandatory vaccinations must be up to date: Feline Rhinotracheitis, Panleukopenia, Feline Calicivirus, and rabies.

Cats that are sneezing or have contracted rhinotracheitis within a month prior to the visit to our center will be refused.

Cats must be healthy and must be treated against both, internal (intestinal) and external (ticks, fleas) parasites. 

Cats must be sterilized. 

Liability:
Urban Loulou Wellness Center Inc. will not be liable for any injuries or damage to self, your pet, or any personal items while using our self-serve dog wash. By using the self-serve pet wash station or booking any services at Urban Loulou Wellness Center Inc, I confirm that I have read and understood all the rules set forth by Urban Loulou Wellness Center Inc. I will be respectful of the facility, other clients, and their pets. If any of the rules are violated, I understand that I may not be allowed to use the facility in the future.


 

Boutique items-return policy

Thank you for choosing our pet products! We are dedicated to providing you with the best customer experience possible, which is why we offer a comprehensive return policy.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition. Please ensure that you include a copy of the original invoice and that all tags are still attached to and inside the original packaging.

 

To initiate the return process, please send an email to admin@urbanloulou.com. Our team will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons including:

-Clothing, hats, bandanas, boots, collars, leashes, bowls, brushes, and any item that comes in contact with saliva, fur, or bodily fluids. 

-Food, treats, bakery goodies, liquids (including vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, and flea-tick products) 

-Open and or used products. 

 

Defective items: 

Please contact us and we will provide a full refund or store credit.
