As a veterinary professional, I am excited to discuss a topic that is often overlooked but essential for the well-being of our furry companions: pet bathing and good hygiene practices. Meet Marley, our beloved service dog and the inspiration behind our entire brand. You'll often find Marley at our center, graciously greeting our clients. As our brand ambassador, Marley represents the essence of Urban Loulou. Being a service dog, Marley understands the importance of finding the perfect family match. His presence has led us to create a brand with a strong focus on providing exceptional care for companion pets, ensuring they can live longer and healthier lives.

Director and Founder AHT Kristine (known as Kris Paris) is a veteran of the veterinary industry with a true passion for animal care. With extensive experience in small animal dermatology and a background in veterinary sales and marketing, Kristine has dedicated her career to educating veterinarians about the use of dermatological therapies and products, including nutraceuticals, parasiticides, diets, drugs and pheromones for small animals. With a degree in Veterinary care three successful companies under her belt and over 5,000 hours of lecturing, Kris' desire to give back to the community she serves led to the creation of Urban Loulou, inspired by her daughter and beloved dog Marley.

Alexia, artistic creator, and photographer. Alexia is a young and talented entrepreneur who has made significant contributions to the success of the company through her artistic work. As the face behind Pawtraits by A, a division dedicated to capturing the best moments of pets through photography, Alexia's creativity and passion shine through in her work. She has also played a crucial role in the creation of the company, contributing innovative ideas that have helped shape the three successful family businesses.

Nese: graphic, marketing, and interior design. Nese is the creative force behind the entire Urban Loulou brand. She is responsible for designing the website, marketing materials, and the center's overall aesthetic. Her tireless dedication and great ideas have played a pivotal role in shaping the brand into what it is today. With Nese's artistic instincts, and attention to detail, Urban Loulou stands out with its visually appealing and cohesive brand image.

Contributions: to my talented friend and designer Nese Senguin, and Lien Lee- thank you for all the hours spent punching numbers, and designing the brand. To my teachers Charles Roy and James R for inspiring and guiding me in my project.
